Facilitating learning processes

Our staff has ample experience in facilitating group processes around agroecology and family farming. We have worked with a variety of actors in designing and facilitating smaller and larger meetings, trainings and workshops. Our approach is strongly geared towards supporting a group to uncover and use its own knowledge and abilities. Our facilitators are flexible yet focused and have great adaptive capacity, which allows us to respond to the needs of the group. We employ a range of creative, interactive methodologies and are able to work in various languages and cultural contexts.
